100% pure acrylic monomer polymerization, with high crystallinity. Long-term temperature resistance up to 80°C. Tensile strength of 35–40 MPa, superior to PVC and HDPE. Excellent resistance to acid and alkali corrosion.

Conducting fillers such as carbon fibers, carbon black, or metal oxides are incorporated into the substrate to form an internal conductive network, with the surface resistance stabilized at 10^6–10^9 Ω.

Bromine-based, phosphorus-based, or halogen-free flame retardants are added to PP/PE substrates. These flame retardants decompose upon heating, absorbing heat or forming a char layer that isolates oxygen. The flame-retardant rating reaches UL94 V-0 (self-extinguishing within 2–10 seconds after the flame is removed).

The base material is polypropylene, with a density of approximately 0.90–0.93 g/cm³. It is resistant to temperatures up to about 80°C. It can be joined by hot-air welding (280–320°C) or hot-plate welding. It is resistant to most acids, alkalis, and salts, and is non-toxic and odorless.
